In-house faculty at SIMS is not good and students find them non co-operative. Guest lecturers visit the campus frequently and they are good, much better than the in-house faculty. Many of the professors are doctorates.

Infra at a glance is terrific - just like the other Symbiosis Institutes. All the basic amenities and facilities are available at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS). The library is quite small but then it is compensated by the big reading room. The students who actually use the library have complains regarding the lack of many important books. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled and which includes the hostel too.

Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) is situated opp. Khadki Army cantt. Good accessibility but that is not a point of concern as you compulsorily have to stay in the hostel.

Life in MBA can take a toll on you but then there is a swimming pool, a yoga centre and a gym to help you relieve you of your stress.
A number of events are arranged at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) throughout the year. Some of the major festivals are Orion - cultural festival in the month of February, Barcode - HR fest held in August, 4nThought - held in September.

Attendance is very strict; you need to maintain at least 80% attendance. The lesser you attend proportionately you aren’t allowed to appear of placement interviews.

Your college life here would be nothing less than a 2 year long party!! The crowd is pretty much chilled out, and the amazing facilities make it a good choice. And not forgetting the really mind-blowing placements the college has to offer, you don't want to avoid this college!

Seminars are quite frequent and still very interesting. It is compulsory for the 1st years to attend them. There is an Industrial visit in the 1st year which is more like a picnic where students are too involved in fun-activities to imbibe any form of learning experience.
