The teaching staff is nothing that would impress any MBA aspirant to join this college. Some have decent knowledge about their subject while most of them have just a few years of industrial experience. Though they are co-operative and quite qualified, communication is still most of the times in Hindi or broken English.

The Rajarshi Shahu Management College has just about an average building with no air conditioned classrooms. The four storeyed building has a well maintained library with books of all the courses offered by the college. There is wifi connectivity in the college which helps out students to do their research work quickly. For students who stay in some other parts of India and join this institution, there is a separate hostel facility provision for boys and girls where the rental charges are roughly around 30,000 per annum.

Companies like Tata Consultancy Service (TCS) and Larsen & Toubro (L&T) are the standard recruiters at Rajarshi Shahu College. The average pay is quite less, roughly around 3 lakhs per annum. The highest pay package till date was around 6 lakhs which is still way below an MBA standard.

Rajarshi Shahu Management College is located quite in a remote area of Thathawde. As the college is situated in a pretty aloof locality, accessibility is a big problem. Hence, most of the students are forced to come on their respective two wheelers. PMT bus frequency is something that would not please you and to add to that they drop you on the main road. The college has a facility for their own buses which charges around 15,000/- per year.

The crowd is pretty socially active. There is nothing much to do within the campus apart from the canteen which serves okay food at not a very economical cost. Most of the students at Rajarshi Shahu MBA college are from different parts of Maharashtra (Mumbai excluded), and obviously from the city of Pune itself.v
