B.M.S College of Engineering annual techno-cultural fest Utsav-2015 will be celebrating 28th edition this year. Coincidentally college also celebrates 70 years of glory of our institution. 

UTSAV is conducted annually by BMSCE, Bangalore and it is first college to start such a cultural event in India, and its origin can be dated back to 1975.Every Utsav has been viewed as a platform that provides great opportunity to students who are highly talented and dedicated to their field of specialisation such as Dance, Music, Debating, Theatre etc. In the past few years B.M.S has introduced major events such as TURTLE, DJ NIGHT, and WHIPLASH, which have just usurped the level of our fest to great standards! 

Utsav gets a of crowd of 50000+ students who would throng the BMSCE Campus, and this is proved by its popularity as the Number One Fest in Bangalore, as surveyed by Deccan Herald newspaper.
