The teaching staff is a mix of academicians and individuals with corporateexposure and hence the total collective experience is of 400 yrs, so students should have nothing to worry about. Corporate interface activities are held every Saturday, wherein Industry professionals are invited, to share their experience in their respective fieldthe faculty for finance is quite good and sufficiently satisfactory for the students.

The campus is huge and state of the art infrastructure as one of the better campuses in Pune. There are 3 management colleges in the campus namely Dyanganga Institute of Career Empowerment and Research (DICER), Zeal Institute of Management & Computer Application (ZIMCA), Dyanganga College of Engineering and Research MBA (DCOER -MBA). All of them look aesthetically pleasant. The garden in the campus beautifully complements the architecture of the buildings
DICER has above average infrastructure facilities including class rooms, laboratories and Gymnasium, seminar halls in the respective departments. All these facilities are well supported by excellent and huge library with national-international total-57 and total no of books 7500 nos, Digital library having e-Journals – EBSCO, J-Gate and Prowse as well as having book bank facility and IT infrastructure and Wi-Fi facility throughout the campus.To provide good quality of hygienic food the campus has mess and canteens.

Cognizant, KPIT Cummins, Infosys , e-Clerks, Suzlon , Wipro Tech, Zensar,WNS,BNY Mellon, KFC, Tata, Mahindra & Mahindra, Bharti Group Crisil are some of the standard recruiters at DICER. Around 70%-75% of the students get placed with an average salary of Rs. 3.5 lakhs.
You get decent summer internships. Well, not all, but almost all of them get placed somewhere and the college has maintained a good record of job placements.

The accessibility to college via PMT buses is pretty bad and share-rickshaws are the only option other than private two wheelers. Although a patch of 50-70 metres of the approach road is dusty and gives a feeling of walking in a desert, things are improving quickly and the roads are expected to be good condition by the end of 2013.
